Born and bred in Perth, Western Australia, where I gained Bachelors Degrees in Law and Business, and became certified as a CPA and lawyer, I have spent the last 10 years in New York City.

Across 11 years at a global consulting firm, I led growth strategy engagements for Private Equity clients, before pivoting to a role in Technology Strategy with the firm.

In 2022 I sought new opportunities and—having always harbored a love for sustainable agriculture, harking back to my days driving a tractor on the family farm—I joined Series B Ag Tech company, Upward Farms, who had developed a novel solution to growing salad greens. In my role as Technology Portfolio Director I oversaw a team of 4 Directors and 60+ staff working on complex and varied projects, including the development of the world’s largest vertical farming facility.

Following the wind down of Upward Farms I was given the opportunity to join a spin-off focused on developing Ag Biologicals, as the founding Chief of Staff. At Peko I lead strategic decision making, owned the people function, drove communication excellence and oversaw product strategy, as we strived to develop a game changing microbial product for broad acre farmers.

Seeking new challenges, in 2023 I founded Roqet Consulting with the aim of helping like-minded leaders dedicated to shaping the future through sustainability-driven initiatives.

I am a keen home cook, food writer, marathon runner and martini enthusiast. I live in New York with my wife.
